SOCIETY

Heritage Open Days celebrate England’s fantastic architecture and culture by offering free access to properties that are usually closed to the public or charge for admission, plus providing a wide range of tours, events and activities which bring to life local history and culture. The national event is coordinated by English Heritage while the event in Hull is organised by Hull Civic Society, which has been responsible for the event for over 30 years.

SUPPORTERS
We are grateful for the support of both private and public organisations across the city who have helped make Heritage Open Days possible this year.

Hull has a commercial heritage running back 700 years. This year we are highlighting this important aspect of the city's history through tours, talks and exhibitions of the city's leading and established companies.
